Those taking care of me were very knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. The waiting room was full. At 87 years young standing for the first 15 minutes I could handle. Fortunately a seat opened up. The remaining hour and 15 minutes was not much better as the seating is very uncomfortable. Chairs with padded seats and backs would be a great improvement.

I am from Los Angeles and got hurt while visiting my aunt. I came to this urgent care expecting to pay an arm and a leg. Luckily my insurance was accepted and was able to be seen right away. This is my go to place for fast service whenever I’m in town from San Diego. So far each time I have gone here whenever my sciatica works up and no other doctors or clinics in imperial county can help. I get immediate relief. The wait time is normal for a clinic, with an unknown patient list, but if you’re in pain you are bumped to the top, as I was this last time. The staff is excellent. Courteous and understandable to each person’s need. Extra kudos to FNP Dawn Lewis for always tending to my needs.

Staff was very professional even in training other employee. Was not busy at all at 3:15 in afternoon. Not even 10 minutes and I was seen within half an hour I was out. Needed x-rays and was on premises that was even quick . Sometimes I think they are better than your regular physician. They qSeem to really care and also give you samples of the good medicine or creams that are either over the counter or what medical won't pay for like they give you options and treats you like a person and not a number. Always recommend urgent care to everyone who comes to me for advice on where to go. I recommend The urgent center always.

It was my first time to have a positive Covid-19 test at All-Valley Urgent Care and to be a patient there. I had a positive test the previous day at a clinic down the road that my employer would not accept and for which I had billed to my insurance. The staff and doctor at the All-Valley Urgent Care were professional and responsive to my questions and concerns. They said the previous day that I couldn't bill my insurance again and would have to come back the following day.
