Frequently Asked Questions
Are all of your clinic locations and staff bilingual?
We strive to have a bilingual team member, fluent in both Spanish and English, available at all times, in all locations. In those cases where this isn’t possible, we will access translation services to meet your needs.
* Follow-Up visits are FREE within 5 days of original visit for the same ailment.
Do you treat infants and children?
Yes, we can treat people of all ages.
Unlike the typical family doctor’s office, our clinics are open after hours and on weekends. No appointment is ever necessary. You can walk in today at your convenience.

All Valley Urgent Care is also different in that we offer convenient diagnostic services, unavailable at the typical doctor’s office. These include X-rays, sutures, IV hydration, and blood testing.

Compared to the typical ER, we offer a lower-cost, patient-centric alternative for non-life-threatening, immediate medical needs. Our clinics are located nearby and offer care at a fraction of the cost of most ERs. We also work hard to get our patients in and out in less than an hour.

Patients with life-threatening illnesses or injuries, however, should go directly to the nearest hospital emergency room.
How long will I wait to see a medical professional?
Our goal is to have all patients in and out within one hour, starting from the time you walk in the door, to the time you leave our clinic. We also offer appointments that you can book same-day within an hour notice, so you can wait from home. If we are experiencing longer wait times, we will notify you upon check-in and give you the opportunity to either book an appointment later in the day, or wait in your car or off-site and will notify you via text message when to come back to the clinic. We also offer a virtual waiting list so you can see your place in line.
Why are other patients taken ahead of me?
All Valley Urgent Care is a true urgent care center. The safety, health, and well-being of all our patients is our top priority. In certain cases, we will prioritize care based on the severity of a patient’s medical symptoms.
Some serious health issues should be treated in a hospital setting.
If you are experiencing a life or limb-threatening emergency, first call 9-1-1. Go to the emergency room if:

You’re having a heart attack or stroke
You have a head injury, a severe cut with bleeding, loss of consciousness or trauma
Your emergency takes place before 10am or after 9pm when All Valley Urgent Care locations are closed
